“Dreams: Illusion and Fantasy” at Black Box Gallery - 6/6/14
Vilèm is excited to be included in Black Box Gallery’s upcoming group show, “Dreams: Illusion and Fantasy”. The exhibition takes a close look at the role of artistic voice in abstracted reality in contemporary photographic practices. In bringing together 24 photographs of varying subject matter and technique, this collection examines how artists are grappling with reality through fictional narration in a world ever more immediate and illusionary through technology.
The show will be on view from 6/1/14 through 6/20/14 with an opening reception on 6/6/14 from 5pm to 8pm. In addition, Black Box Gallery has curated a book from the exhibition that is available for sale online through Blurb. We hope to see you there!
