For this First Thursday, Fotoeffect Studio & Gallery is excited to exhibit the photographic collection "I Am Sam" by Sam Fagan. Sam has a unique and local view of Portland. You aren't going to see idyllic bridges and street corner views of Powell's here. Roaming the streets and crawling the venues, "I Am Sam" takes a look at Portland from an insiders view, giving us a window into our own lives as dreamers and makers here in Portland.
